RES 2024 is a weekend seminar to support young people, especially students, career starters, potential managers and high-potentials from a wide range of industries. The seminar focuses on Europe, how you want to be a part of it, teamwork and your willingness and motivation to take on responsibility. Dare to think outside the box in dialogue with the other participants and find exciting new ideas about values and meaning in your private, professional and social life.
The three-day programme includes outdoor activities, talks by diverse personalities, group exercises, discussion rounds and fireside chats as well as plenty of time to get to know each other and network.
This seminar is intended for students and young professionals between the ages of 19 and 24. The costs for the seminar will be covered by 3 Rotary Districts.
